Senior Product Designer (Nurun)

At NURUN we are looking for a senior 100% digital Product Designer, who will work in the current Experience Design department made up of six people.We are looking for a hybrid profile, strong in UX-UI, but with know-how of the research processes of Service and Product design.

How you’d spend your day:

• Creation of architectures and taxonomies, navigation flows, prototypes, interaction designs and UI / Visual design.
• Creation and application at expert level of design systems, components, and expandable assets.
• Understanding and development of Design Thinking dynamics.
• Participation and execution of research with users: interviews, user tests, card sorting, tree testing, focus group…
• Execution of heuristic analysis, evaluation of design and audits.

• More than seven years’ experience in similar posts.
• Expert in design and research software like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Mural, etc…
• Good communication skills, oral as well as written, in order to defend the proposals created.
• Analytical approach, attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
• Strategic outlook and innovative spirit.
• Advanced level of English (C1 or equivalent)
• Portfolio with examples of your work that will show each project stage: research and discovery processes, ideation, architecture, prototype and design, validation…
• And above all, optimistic, good humour, and desire to be part of the team :)

Not indispensable, but it would be great if you had …

• An understanding of UX Writing
• Familiarity with accessibility
• Experience in Project management
