About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll spearhead the design of innovative products in uncharted territories. You will thrive in environments full of ambiguity and will use your expertise to navigate and define new product landscapes from scratch.

Designing for Bounce means you’ll have the opportunity to shape the digital experiences, as well as the physical world experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting meaningful experiences in new and undefined spaces and is excited by the challenge of shaping the future of new products.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design process for new verticals from conception through launch. Define the strategy to grow these verticals.

• Conduct research and user testing to gather insights and opportunities as well as validate design decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and innovative product strategy.

• Create and iterate on prototypes to explore new ideas and refine existing ones.

• Contribute to and maintain our design system.

• Communicate design vision and strategy effectively to team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Your profile

• You balance speed of iteration with execution quality. You’re able to make smart trade-offs with your team to launch and learn, fast.

• You are results-oriented. You can think strategically about growing a product, providing value to our users and business.

• Proven experience in designing and launching products in new verticals or from a zero basis.

• Strong ability to work autonomously in environments with high ambiguity.

• Strong visual design and communication skills.
