Senior Product Designer - Mobile

About your role

We have a very exciting opportunity at Ankorstore to build world class native mobile experiences. You’ll be one of the first product designers hired in this brand new team to help us define what mobile looks like for our retailers and brand.

You'll be proactively involved in all stages of product development from determining what features and experiences we should build. On the way, you’ll use your wide spectrum of strategy, research and design skills to translate insight into the experience strategy, ideate solutions, explore concepts, create functional flows, wireframes, screen mockups and prototypes.

• Define strategy and vision from a design perspective for our mobile products
• Directly collaborate with our user researchers to help validate assumptions and de-risk our approach
• Establish strong UX/UI based on research, design principles and industry best practices
• Help establish a scalable design language for both iOS and Android
• Explore solutions and create low and high fidelity prototypes for testing
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, UI mockups and final specifications
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, product designers, product managers and developers to help implement your designs
• Effectively pitch and communicate your ideas to stakeholders and the wider business

What we are looking for

• At least +5 years experience designing mobile products for iOS and Android
• Stellar knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines from Apple and Material Design from Google
• Examples of your work in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Make an impact: You want to design a product that is used by thousands of companies, in a fast-growing environment.
• A strong understanding of user research and user-centred design
• A demonstrated ability to communicate UX vision and to align vision with product vision stakeholders and an intended market.
• An exceptional ability to conceptualise, pitch and implement UX concepts
• Extensive knowledge and experience designing in Figma.
• Continuous improvement: You thrive to get better every day even if it means learning from your own mistakes.
• Positive attitude and an ability to receive and provide objective feedback
• Eager to be part of a fast-paced environment in a hyper-growth company.
• Fluency in English, other languages a plus.
