ABOUT THE TEAM

Our goal is to build an investing platform designed for everyday people, who don’t necessarily have any existing stock market experience. That’s why we work hand in hand with our product managers, engineers, data scientists and others to continuously learn and truly understand people's needs to take their financial freedom into their own hands.

We are looking to complement our team of Designers in several product areas. You can choose your mission with the possibility of changing environments over time to intensify teamwork and develop individual skills. You’ll eventually have the chance to either move into a management role or grow as an individual contributor without making career compromises, and help shape a young design team into a larger design organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for your problem space, designing delightful solutions for our 2+ million users.

• As an individual contributor, bring vision and deliver design solutions from initial concept through shipping and beyond
  
  
• Get to know your customers and use data insights to really understand their needs, pain points and how we can help them invest their money
  
  
• Always try to connect user needs with business opportunities to build a successful product that millions of users across Europe love
  
  
• Create artefacts like user journeys, both low and high-fidelity screens, and any other assets that explore and communicate future product and service opportunities
  
  
• Team up with engineering, product management and data in order to create products that are incredibly easy to use and look beautiful
  
  
• Partner with Engineering to ensure effective and efficient implementation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products from ideation to implementation, specifically in mobile and web applications
  
  
• A portfolio that showcases love for the craft and proficiency in problem solving, interaction design, desktop/mobile user interfaces, prototyping and a strong aesthetic sense
  
• You have experience talking to users and working with product managers and engineers to design products that solve problems and deliver delightful experiences that people love
  
  
• A strong product thinking with the ability to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on people and business needs
  
  
• You can think yourself into the most complex topics to break them down into understable solutions
  
  
• You can leverage your prototyping skills to articulate solutions for a whole team
  
  
• You have an eye for visual design and know how to communicate information effectively and beautifully
  
  
  

NICE BUT NOT NECESSARY

• Worked in finance, banking, or known consumer products 

• Experience designing financial products, trading platforms, or numerically-oriented interfaces
