topi offers new digital payment solutions for business sellers and buyers. The B2B market has remained largely untouched by the overwhelming success of “buy now, pay later” solutions and subscription services in the consumer space. topi wants to change this and through its products offer business customers attractive new payment choices. Your Role

Design is crucial at topi. As a Senior Product Designer you will be part of important product decisions and you will have the chance to shape our product from its early days - always putting the customer first. While we think a best-in-class digital check-out is table stakes for a payment solution, there will be much more for a designer than just that. Apply and we will tell you all about it.

What we are looking for

• You have at least 5 years of UX & UI experience and a portfolio showcasing exceptional design work for web
• You are comfortable across the entire design process, from research to delivery
• You are able to articulate your design decisions effectively
• You base your design decisions on data (when this is possible) and are outcome-oriented
• You focus on problems and are able to turn them into opportunities, always advocating for our customers
• You have designed and launched products from scratch
• You are confident with Figma
• You are based anywhere in the EU or in the UK

Nice to have:

• Experience in an early-stage startup
• Confident in German UX copywriting
