Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

We’re looking to hire talented designers (Mid to Senior level) that can own big product initiatives and bring our practice to the next level. You’ll be involved in every step of the process to make sure we are designing delightful experiences that truly solve customer needs.

This is a fully remote role based from home with occasional travel to our offices in either London, Germany, Croatia or the US.

Your role in the product team

• Become an expert of the end-to-end experience of Cognism, including a deep understanding of user journeys
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and desirable customer experiences that impact our business goals
• Make informed design decisions based on quantitative user behaviour data and qualitative insights from user testing and interviews that you help facilitate or lead, and present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders or customers
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality, improve processes and grow our design team
• Take Initiative to identify problems and act on opportunities to improve the product offering

• Collaborate with engineers to reach high-quality, delightful and bug-free products

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer (with strong visual design skills)
• You are comfortable being the primary or lead designer on product design projects from end to end
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions convincingly
• Motivation to inspire and mentor your more junior colleagues, sharing skills, processes, and experience with others to help up-skill the entire team.
• First experience leading design teams and influencing product design strategy, while maintaining responsibilities as an individual contributor

Preferred:

• Strong facilitation. presentation and collaboration abilities
• Experience designing complex enterprise or SaaS applications and/or design systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to write high quality UX Copy in English
