Senior Product Designer job at CoachHub

Your mission

We are expanding our team! We are looking for a Sr. Product Designer to help us create a great product for our users!

You will join one of our Product Trios, working together with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional team that owns an end to end vertical of our product. Each team is 5-8 people strong and they are focusing on one of our use cases (Coach, Coachee and Company).

You work on product discovery together with PMs and UX Research
You build user journeys and empathy maps to better know the user
You implement all visual design stages from discovery to final hand-off to engineering
You develop prototypes and concepts for digital coaching
You create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas
You define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
You show and discuss prototypes with internal and external stakeholders and incorporate their feedback
You provide guidance and expertise throughout the process

Your Profile

You have 4+ years professional product design experience, ideally in a startup environment
You like to work with a B2B2C product
You have keen visual awareness as well as an intuitive sense for clean and modern design
You feel comfortable facilitating design sprints and/or design thinking workshops for product discovery
You come with a strong understanding of fast high-fidelity prototyping and design tools (mainly Figma)
You gained experience working with a design system for web applications
You feel comfortable with core software development and design techniques
You enjoy working collaboratively with other designers, product owners and developers
You convince others with your highly motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial mind-set
You speak English on a fluent level
