Context :

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join our product team (4 PMs, 4 product designers, 2 Lead PMs, 1PMM, 1 UXR, 1 CPO) to define, craft, and ship one of the best dating apps in the market.

Your missions :

Work with Product Managers to define product and design strategy

Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their requirements

Build your product vision with the rest of the product and design team, based on the data you gathered (from users, data analysis, competitors, user research…)

Prioritize constantly to maximize the impact on the user experience & the business while minimizing the required workload and technical debt

Design all our interfaces High & Low fidelity (using Figma and any quick prototyping tool, protopie for example)

Find creative UI to not only have the simplest Dating App but the most beautiful interface on the market

Build scalable product interfaces using Design System

Have all the final designs ready for each user story in Figma before the sprint starts

Work with developers during the sprints to make sure the product we ship is aligned with specifications

Participate actively in our product and design team to improve our processes, workflows and tools

Evangelize product design internally through presentations, slack updates and documentation

"It's a crush !" if :

You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably working on BtoC mobile applications

You have a strong UX focus and understanding of psychology, human behaviour

You have a strong, clean visual design sense

You know the implementation constraints and design rules: typo, color theory, spacing, etc. and specificities and guidelines for iOS, Android and Web.

You are detail oriented and can design all use cases (edge & error cases, etc.)

You have a Tech & Business culture and are able to understand the development challenges of your deliverables

You have excellent communication skills (including in English) to engage with all stakeholders within the company
