About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design strategy for our admin web platform and consumer-facing parking web and mobile apps. As we expand our presence across the UK and US markets, you'll play a pivotal role in designing end-to-end experiences from space owners listing their parking inventory to drivers discovering, reserving, and paying for parking.
As a key member of our product design team, you'll spearhead design initiatives for our B2C vertical while collaborating with our B2B product team. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and design critical features that drive booking conversions and enhance user retention. Your consumer-focused expertise will also support our marketing team on high-performing landing pages and SEO-optimized growth initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Design end-to-end experiences for native mobile and responsive web applications
- Provide confident design decisions through conducting and analyzing user research
- Facilitate and contribute to product ideation and definition workshops
- Proactively seek feedback from your manager, peers, and stakeholders to refine designs
- Partner closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver high quality design experiences
- Present design recommendations to executive stakeholders and influence product roadmap decisions
- Regularly lead design reviews and mentor more junior-level designers
- Help maintain our design system (Lotus) as it evolves to support our portfolio of products
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with consumer-facing digital products that demonstrated impact on user engagement and business metrics
- 3+ years designing e-commerce or marketplace experiences
- Strong experience using Figma
- Strong attention to detail when it comes to design craft and prototyping
- A strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform product thinking showcasing complex user flows and location-based design patterns
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and conversion optimization
- Experience with responsive web design principles and native mobile platform guidelines (iOS/Android)
- Proven track record of leading design initiatives from concept to launch within collaborative product teams
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for communicating design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to mentor designers and influence cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Experience implementing design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment
Bonus experience
- Previous experience in a founder-led start-up designing products from the ground up
- Previous experience in mobility, transportation, or location-based services
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, and Google Analytics)
- Interest in or experience with designing using emerging technologies like AI/ML
- Background in fintech, payments, or financial services design

Hiring Manager Review (45 mins) - Virtual interview with the Hiring Manager to dive deeper into your experience and your interest for the role
Portfolio Review Interview (1 hour) - Virtual interview with the Product Design Team to review 1-2 case studies showcasing your design process and impact
Final Interview (1 hour) - A final interview to meet some of the wider Product and Engineering teams and cover final interview-type questions around the role
