How you can help make a better world of work

Culture Amp exists to create a better world of work. In our Perform product area, the Continuous Feedback team empowers organisations to foster cultures of growth, support, and achievement, helping millions thrive through ongoing, meaningful feedback. As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you’ll shape experiences that enable employees and organisations worldwide to unlock their potential.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join a team at the intersection of creativity, systems thinking, and impactful design. You’ll partner with talented peers across disciplines to craft elegant, scalable solutions that make continuous feedback intuitive, actionable, and accessible. This pivotal role shapes our evolving feedback platform, supports broader product unification, and leverages our design system to deliver best-in-class experiences—including opportunities at the cutting edge of AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design excellence
Transform broad conceptual ideas into delightful, useful product experiences that make feedback simple and engaging for thousands of organisations. Design comprehensive user flows and interfaces, distilling complexity into clear, easy-to-use solutions.
  • Visual Systems & Design Patterns
Lead the evolution and extension of visual systems, reusable components, and design patterns—always prioritising accessibility, usability, and scalability.
  • Strategic design & Influence
Shape the experience of the Continuous Feedback product by contributing fresh ideas and evidence-backed narratives, painting a clear picture of how the product experience will develop, balancing long-term aspirations with immediate, incremental impact, all while aligning with the overall company and product strategy.
  • Collaboration & Facilitation
Champion and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists across the entire product lifecycle (from ideation to launch), synthesising feedback and driving iterative design discussions for continuous improvement.
  • Design Craft & Experimentation
Continuously push the envelope: explore, experiment, sketch, iterate, and learn through open, collaborative design practices.
  • Advocacy & Communication
Represent your work to teams and leaders, clearly articulating goals, decisions, and rationale supported by qualitative and quantitative insights. Give and solicit feedback from designers and broader product teams to continually improve quality.
  • End-to-End Delivery
Execute end-to-end: from research and discovery to documented design files, shipping customer value repeatedly.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a product design role, with 2+ years in a design system role, with a proven track record of driving innovative ideas to execution.
  • Proven track record driving innovative ideas from concept to execution within complex product environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma; strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
  • Deep expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and systems thinking.
  • Ability to balance creativity, long-term vision, and technical feasibility, driving consistency and breakthrough solutions.
  • Stellar storytelling, presentation, and advocacy skills—you can align stakeholders and build consensus around complex design challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating high-impact user experiences at scale.
  • T-shaped design competence—balancing process discipline with pragmatism to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
  • A desire-to-learn mindset: you favour moving fast and learning over perfect outcomes, and unafraid of exploring, iterating, and evolving.
