Impact of the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a next-generation first in class data platform with a vast scope to bring innovation and creativity in creating unique experiences for our customers. You will deliver refined product experiences by combining UX/UI design principles and a creative design to our customers.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end design process from inception to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering and data to ideate on new products and bring to market.
Identify user pain points and opportunities to enhance user experience across current and new products
Carry out user research and data-backed to validate hypotheses and design decisions.
Use design craftsmanship to produce progressively more complex designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes

Requirements

3-5+ years experience in a product design role within an agile product environment
Experience delivering and shipping product experiences
Demonstrated excellence in the design & production of differentiated user interfaces/experiences
Experience defining user-centric processes and ways of working across design teams
Excellent communication skills in management and coaching
