  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually strive to improve quality and craftsmanship.

  • Help drive alignment of different cross functional partner and stakeholder perspectives towards a single direction.

You will be successful here by:

  • Embracing an inclusive, collaborative environment that elevates a diverse set of voices and experiences.

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have 4+ years relevant experience in design of digital (mobile and desktop) products that have been released to market.

  • You’re driven and excited by seeing the business impact of your design work.

  • You have a passion for testing ideas and learning from them.

  • You have experience on a growth team or focused on growth design.
