About the team + role
This Senior Product Designer will own the design strategy and execution for key initiatives within Futures, driving advanced product experiences that cater to a unique and highly engaged demographic of retail traders. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of Futures offerings, including reimagining sophisticated financial products and expanding markets. As part of the newest line of business, they will have direct influence on Robinhood's growth and positioning.

What you’ll do
- Define and refine Futures products by exploring new offerings and expanding existing ones.
- Design advanced tools that empower technical traders and support Robinhood’s vision for active day trading.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, research, marketing, operations, and more to navigate complex challenges and shape the product’s trajectory.
- Work independently to deliver innovative solutions while driving strategic problem-solving.
- Listen to users—both customers and agents—to craft strategies and solutions that delight customers and simplify agent workflows.
- Quickly generate concepts and prototypes, balancing pixel-perfect detail with low-fidelity sketches as needed.
- Take initiative to clarify goals, create actionable plans, and deliver results, even in ambiguous situations.
- Balance the complexities of data, legal, and technical constraints to create exceptional user experiences without compromising outcomes.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
