The product designer defines the entire product and area they are responsible for. Together with the Product Manager and Tech lead play a key part in all phases of the product lifecycle – from discovery to delivery and continual evaluation. Senior product designers at Mews share, inspire and run workshops and common design sessions inside and outside the company.

??‍? About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our B2B Product family. In our B2B family in Mews we focus on interactions between guests and hotels.

You will be embedded in the Business Intelligence team that helps our users understand data in order to act more effectively, from guest profile information for the front office staff to the revenue information for back-office staff. That means connecting and transforming data in meaningful visualization of any form, designing solutions that enable the increased performance of our users pro-actively.

Requirements

? We are looking for

• Experienced when it comes to design leadership
  Be an expert and actively contribute in two or more design verticals with experience of leading people or complex projects.
• Communication master
  Excellent communication is key, but great presentation and negotiation skills are also essential for this role. Moreover, one of our cultural pillars is being Open, sharing, and giving constructive feedback.

• Proficient in modern design tools
  We document research in Dovetail, design in Figma, and collaborate in Miro. You do not need to have experience with all these tools, but you will need to learn them quickly.
• An innovator that never stops
  Our digital world is growing fast but we need to grow faster. Passion and hunger for learning new things is essential as implementing them and sharing the experience. Recognize trends, learn and inspire.
