About the Role
Design at Flow is a special group of people tasked with the difficult mission of creating and implementing a consistent brand across the physical and digital spaces. Design is ultimately responsible for how our users will feel when they interact with these surface areas. As the first designers, you care deeply about what we do and why we do it. You care about the big picture as much as the pixel-perfect work. Before diving into delivering Figma files, you make sure to fully grasp the problem we are solving. Partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Marketing, Design is a critical part of our secret sauce.
A portfolio is required for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the users, their pain points, and how they use the product
- Invent, conduct, and evangelize user research to ensure a common and thorough understanding of our users
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations on creating pixel-perfect deliverables
- Create, implement, and evolve design systems
Ideal Background
- Experience working in product & operations-heavy organizations
- Experience designing at fast-moving startup environments
- Experience working within the context of both physical products and digital products
- `Experience with consumer products
Salary: $125,000 - $205,000
