Senior Product Designer - Experience Collective

We’re building a product design team who care passionately about our customers, and can use data and customer insight to help position Pollen as the go-to destination for creating unforgettable experiences with friends.

The Experience Collective is for Designers who love a mix of punchy UI and interesting UX challenges around physical events. 

This role can be in London or Remote in the UK & Europe.

In your first 6 months, you will:

• You will use tech to enhance travellers’ experiences. Customer mobile app, event staff app, and other event tech.
• Work closely with remote colleagues – including research, product, engineering, and delivery – to maintain a high functioning team dynamic.
• Design features which add value for our customers and the business.
• Be responsible for the design and usability testing of screens and flows in your part of the app.
• Contribute to Pollen’s design system, and overall design consistency between teams.
• Become a subject matter expert on the part of the product your team is working on.
