As a Senior Product Designer for our Enterprise team, you’ll join the effort to evolve our B2B partner experience for improving the health, performance, and culture of teams using WHOOP. You get excited by using data visualization and compelling product design to drive positive behavior change for teams across workplaces, athletics, healthcare, and government.

In this role, you’ll drive design execution for business-critical features from concept to launch. You have a strong sense of visual design and are able to share and sell your ideas, using research and data to back it up. You recognize the impact of the smallest details on design and understand what it takes to develop great creative work and usability of software. You thrive in collaborative environments, and have experience translating strategies into efficient product experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a senior-level Product Designer at WHOOP, you will guide design execution for our B2B flows—including enterprise account management and group analytics—that delight teams across web and apps
Visually communicate ideas and iterations with peers and stakeholders through sketches, wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes
Frame problems based on data and customer insights to inform direction, advocate for the customer teams, and drive business growth
Lead design reviews with metrics-driven outcomes tailored to stakeholders across the organization including product managers, engineering, business owners, sales, and market leads
Build and promote knowledge of our enterprise and consumer customer base through user research
Be a strong thought partner to product managers to ideate high-impact opportunities and plan design artifacts
Support developers and QA to ensure what’s built meets your intended designs

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience working as a product designer for responsive web and native experiences
A design portfolio with case studies of relevant work you were directly responsible for with demonstrated impact
Experience with common design tools and methodologies (e.g. Figma, wireframing, workflow diagrams, prototyping, etc.)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup-like environment
Curious and passionate about the fitness and wellness space
Experience working in B2B / Enterprise SaaS products is a plus

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
