About the role
We’re seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Designer to join the Design team at Chime, where we are working hard to better our members' financial lives. You’ll be developing enterprise tools end-to-end, evolving a design system that enables our customer service agents and operations teams to deliver amazing experiences for each of our members. You’ll help us transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and efficient experiences. You’ll also be a voice and relentless advocate for our customer service agents, our frontline of service to our members.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll guide stakeholders toward the best possible design and UX outcomes while remaining mindful of business needs and constraints. You know that good user experience goes beyond pixels, and you can influence your team to create experiences that hit the highest bar. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, which will help your team build holistic and effective products with a clear strategy.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $133,300 and up to $185,100. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
