Lattice's Engagement Team builds products that help leaders and teams build and sustain healthy, engaged cultures. Lattice’s mission is to make work meaningful, and this team is building tools to make that possible. The Engagement team is focused on building holistic experiences to help teams gather and take action on feedback. If you care about applying your craft to achieve strategic goals of making input both easy to gather and understand as well as meaningful to employ, we’d love to meet you!
You have 4+ years of professional experience designing experiences that empower the end user.
You enjoy taking an active role in the development process, have experience leading large-scale initiatives, and strive to continuously improve design practices.
You’re a great communicator and collaborator.
We're a passionate group of people who are dedicated to growing together. Currently ~20, our team spans Brand Design, Product Design, and Research.
You can learn more about us in our Notion page! It covers who we are as individuals, some of our recent work, how we commit to DE&I, and most importantly — the rituals and rhythms we've invested in as a team to grow as craftspeople and just… people.
