You’ll be joining a company where everything matters, most importantly you. 

What you’ll do in a typical week

• Work closely in a cross-functional team to ensure the design system and all its parts are both beautifully crafted and well-maintained 
• Advocate for the adoption and advancement of the design system itself
• Design, prototype, and document interaction patterns
• Work with designers and engineers to evolve UX and UI patterns, giving and receiving feedback in design critiques and conversations
• Pair-design with designers from different teams to see how you can improve the foundations of their work
• Collaborate with our UX writers to uphold our product’s voice, and evolve content guidelines
• Organize robust Figma libraries and keep them neat and usable

About you

• You’ve designed a lot of UIs, have a deep knowledge of interaction patterns, and can deliver high-quality work
• You’re a systemic thinker who can turn complex design problems into intuitive user experiences
• You can identify patterns and standardize them for different use cases
• You have built design systems, or have plenty of practice working with them
• You communicate clearly and build relationships easily
• You don’t hesitate to own and drive projects, and comment on processes
• You seek feedback to grow and give feedback candidly and with empathy in turn
• You can come to our London or Prague office at least twice a week. (If you’re currently far from both, we can help you move closer.)

Bonus points for…

• Familiarity with accessibility standards that apply to digital products
• Experience in a B2B SaaS organization with a mature product design practice
