We’re looking for an experienced product designer who is passionate about innovation and design across mobile and responsive web apps. We need your expertise and mobile-first mindset to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the conversational commerce space! This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your contributions will have an immediate impact on the business.

What you’ll bring:

Our fast-paced environment requires someone who is humble, willing to learn from others, and has an open mind when discussing and proposing new ideas. The ideal candidate will:

Design for our Expert Platform or our Internal Tools space
Translate product requirements into innovative designs that achieve measurable results (across mobile apps & responsive web apps)
Craft thoughtful user flows, interactions, and solutions by utilizing user research, prototyping, user testing, data, and best in-class design.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, user research, and business stakeholders to brainstorm and solve for key roadmap priorities.
Deliver pixel perfect designs and design specifications that cover every last detail of your solution.
Support engineering through every stage of the product lifecycle to ensure designs match specifications and perform well in production
Explain your design decisions and embrace feedback
Lead design reviews to present and collect feedback on your work
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process
