Senior Product Designer, Consumer (Retention & Engagement)

We are looking for a Product Designer to join us on our mission to make it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to your home or office. You'll be working on super interesting and complex projects to improve and develop the search experience for consumer products. You’ll be part of the Consumer design team, and work closely with our Growth Product Team.

At Wolt, we are obsessed with details and brilliant user experience, and so should you! As a Product Designer, you'll get to work with some of the best in the industry while focusing on designing great experiences for our users. You're expected to produce production quality UI designs, while you spend a part of your time participating on the UX work, including concept and validation. You'll be paired with a UX Designer, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary product management, design, data, and engineering team to deliver thoughtful and polished design work that is world class.

You can be based in the Helsinki capital area, Berlin or work entirely remotely elsewhere in Finland, Germany, Denmark, or Estonia now and in the future! 🌍 Read more about our new remote set-up here.

• Strong expertise in UI Design for digital products – mobile & web design experience would be a plus

• Strong portfolio of B2C projects - ideally with web based applications

• You have an eye for detail and vision for world-class interfaces

• Experience of leading design & development projects

• You have experience working with design systems, with ability to work creatively, building your own components outside of the design system when the experience calls for it

• You have excellent collaboration skills – you have experience of working together creatively with other designers, and cross-disciplinarily with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and copywriters

• You are fantastic at communicating your thinking and design decisions – you’re able to get the multiple stakeholders whose attention your work will receive along on the journey with you.

• Prior experience of working with Figma – you're comfortable using Figma for communicating feature specifications to designers, developers and other stakeholders
