Senior Product Designer

About the role

In this role as a Senior Product Designer for clinician-facing products, you will work alongside a team of product managers, engineers, researchers and designers to creative problem-solve and help to build the product suite that powers our healthcare services. Whether it’s improving clinicians' tools or making their workflows smoother, you will be at the forefront of making patients’ lives better by improving the clinical experience.

What you will be doing

Deliver innovative, thoughtful designs that are the outcome of collaborative efforts.

Independently drive large-scale projects that often involve business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Transform business requirements, data points and user needs into creative solutions that meet strategic goals.

Partner with stakeholders and other disciplines to facilitate great ways of working and successful delivery.

Mentor designers and help them to develop in their thinking, as well as offer thoughtful feedback that elevates the team's work.

Who you are

You have proven experience working with cross-functional teams to drive designs from concept to delivery.

You are comfortable with various prototyping and design tools.

You can connect the dots and identify hidden opportunities to form a vision.

You bring different ideas and people together with your strong communication skills.

You have experience managing stakeholders and other disciplines throughout the design process.

You have a passion for making healthcare more accessible to everyone
