Position Overview
As the Designer on our Workflows team, you’ll work with an amazing group of engineers and Product Managers on a mission-critical piece of the Catalyst platform. Your job is to help Customer Success teams scale - one of the core reasons they buy Catalyst. The Workflows Team owns some of our highest impact customer facing features (Journeys, Playbooks, Notes). You will guide the direction of the UI and UX of all features built on this team and help iterate on our design system for the entire product.
What You’ll Do
- Own the design process end to end, translating insights from research and analytics into explorations, and providing the detailed workflows and interactions for engineers to develop
- Partner with engineers and Product Managers to define and iterate on the product roadmap
- Present designs regularly throughout the iterative design process to a cross-functional team. Utilize feedback and constructive criticism to quickly iterate on the designs
- Collaborate with other Product Designers to raise the overall quality, and continuously improve design processes, principles, and tooling
- As a senior member of the Design team, help coach and mentor other Product Designers
- Proactively identify and share industry and design trends in order to improve the Design team and the overall product strategy
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, some of which in B2B. You have helped ship products that solve real problems that people use
- Expert in interaction design, comfortable in UX Research and Visual Design
- Motivated self-starter who can own problems end-to-end, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has a desire to make things better
- Strong communication skills to help people across the company understand the rationale behind your design decisions
- Ability to sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess their viability, and design the fine-grained details of components, interactions, and transitions using Figma

Salary information: The estimated base salary range for this position is $153,425-$189,525 USD. Additionally, we offer a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and location.
