We’re on a mission to make saving for retirement easy. Our first product helps people digitally locate their old 401k accounts and consolidate them into a new account at any financial institution - without the paperwork, phone calls, and faxes of the past.
We believe all Americans should retire with enough money for a life of dignity. Over time, we intend to eliminate all of the friction & fees embedded in the retirement savings system that stops them from doing so - and we’re not stopping there.

We’ve raised $15mm from leading venture capital investors including Canapi Ventures, Greycroft, RRE, Bling Capital, and Walkabout Ventures. We’re a 27 person remote-friendly company based in New York City.

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work alongside our engineering and product team. You will be involved at every step of the product development process to launch experiences that delight our users and solve meaningful problems. You’ll engage the full range of Product Design: ideation, wireframing, user and data insights, visual design, and quality assurance. You’ll help in the development of our design system and visual language, validate experiences with user testing, and be data-informed about your interaction design. Your contributions will have a heavy impact on the overall product experience. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead design initiatives for several teams to ensure a delightful experience for our users
• Embody a data-informed, user-centric approach to drive the product towards the outcomes we seek 
• Design a modern user experience that Increases conversion and delight of core consumer flows
• Collaborate with our engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to build elegant and practical solutions to tough design challenges
• Think deeply about the future of retirement with a systematic approach to design, validating and iterating along the way

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in product design 
• A portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in design and UX 
• The ability to translate user research, user needs and product data to develop informed design solutions
• A keen eye for detail of your designs and how they come to life
• Experience building consumer facing products, a strong plus 
• Experience in fintech, a strong plus
