Within the design function we have areas of Product Design, Design Research and Content Design. We are all one team and as a result work cross functionally with our development and product teammates in order to create the most beautiful and enjoyable experiences for our customers.

Senior Product Designers at Xero are responsible for designing beautiful, enabling and meaningful experiences that solve genuine customer problems. As a seasoned designer you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering on med-large scale projects within a product area of a portfolio.

The Senior Product Designer; Buy Flow, will work in our Convert & Motivate team in Global Services across the First Experience journey, helping direct Small Business customers choose the right Xero plan for their business needs. You’ll be collaborating closely with other designers across SB Onboarding and In-product Communications to help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for their first 90 days using Xero.

Reporting to the Product Design Manager, the Senior Product Designer will create mobile-first experiences that help small businesses buy a subscription that best suits their needs. This is a key experience to help Xero achieve its growth aspirations.
