Role Overview

Brigit is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Product Designer you will work as part of a cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling designs. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a talented, growing team to help build an ambitious future of financial wellness.

What you will be doing:

• Work across the entire product design lifecycle: from user research, user flows, wire-framing, writing copy, creating illustrations and graphics, building and testing prototypes, and preparing work for engineering handoff

• Participate as a member of a cross-functional product team including planning, testing, and release activities

• Maintain and expand on the design library and design system

• Provide and seek feedback from other designers to always push the bar for quality

What you have:

• Commitment to financial wellness for everyday Americans

• 4+ years of product design experience in a technology company including B2C mobile experience

• An innate ability to create user-centric designs by considering data, user feedback and research, product requirements, and technical constraints/opportunities.

• Extensive generative and evaluative research experience

• Experience in creating new products and enhancing existing ones.

• Ability to thrive with ambiguity and tight deadlines and work independently

• History of collaborating with product, engineering, customer service, and marketing teams to shape the product design.

• Proven track record creating pixel-perfect designs and writing copy for UX 

• A top-notch design portfolio, demonstrating process, outcomes, and impact

• Expertise with Figma

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $130,000 - $155,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
