Your mission
As a Senior Product Designer at Bitpanda Pro, you will be fundamental in shaping financial products that thousands of clients interact with every day. You will be part of a strong, UX team, consisting of designers and researchers with a cross-functional mindset to drive impactful ideas from their conception to implementation and beyond, and making sure that we delivering meaningful features that improve the experience of our clients.
What you’ll do
- Close collaboration closely with Product management, Engineering, and UX Researchers to drive product strategy and to design and make complex topics simple
- Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
- Design experiences across all of our platforms: iOS, Android, Web
- Contribute to and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
- Structure the design language and implementation across products and platforms
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of digital product design experience
- Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users
- Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
- You utilise your strong design skills in shaping product flows and functionality that support users goals and desired behaviour
- Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisions
- Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Understanding of patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and Web
- Fluency in Figma, Sketch, Miro and other prototyping tools
- Experience with data analytics
Nice to haves
- Deep understanding of trading, cryptocurrencies, DeFi and financial products
- You follow the trends in the crypto scene
- You can code and make interactive prototypes as were they real products
- You have experience in implementing and maintaining a design system
