Senior Product Designer - Backstage Collective

We’re building a product design team who care passionately about our customers, and can use data and customer insight to help position Pollen as the go-to destination for creating unforgettable experiences with friends.

The Backstage Collective is for Designers who love to solve chunky UX problems and make our operations teams’ jobs easier.

This role can be in London or Remote in the UK & Europe.

In your first 6 months, you will:

• You will create tools to run an efficient operation. From customer service to integrations with hotels & airlines.
• Work closely with remote colleagues – including research, product, engineering, and delivery – to maintain a high functioning team dynamic.
• Design features which add value for our customers and the business.
• Be responsible for the design and usability testing of screens and flows in your part of the app.
• Contribute to Pollen’s design system, and overall design consistency between teams.
• Become a subject matter expert on the part of the product your team is working on.

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment.
