Your work-life opportunity:
Glovo is looking for a Product Designer to join its Partners team. In this role you’ll be solving challenging partner problems using research and data insights as evidence, while ensuring business needs are also met. You will be part of a small and constantly evolving UX team that works closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Data, Product, Engineering and Business representatives, all collaborating in one organization. You’ll be able to help create meaningful product features and encourage feature adoption for thousands of partners across the globe, empowering them to write their own success stories with Glovo. You will also contribute and effectively utilize our Design System.
Be a part of a team where you will:

Work alongside UX Research to ensure your proposals meet users’ needs.

Have the opportunity to visit our partners’ restaurants and stores to investigate their mental models and behaviors.

Think holistically in how our digital solutions relate to our partners’ physical challenges.

Create Design artifacts to understand complex ecosystems and experiences (i.e.: user flows, journey maps, concept sketches, personas, etc).

Collaborate closely with engineers and the design team to create and define UI components and guidelines to ensure consistency.

Join and occasionally facilitate ideation workshops.

Think critically about the team’s processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Advocate for user centricity across Glovo.

Thrive collaborating with a talented, diverse, inclusive and respectful team.
You have:
-
+3 years of experience in Product Design.
-
A portfolio to showcase how you think and work as a designer.

Experience working with an atomic design approach (or similar).

A start-up mindset with a Lean approach to product development.
-
Experience working with information architecture and user flows.

Understanding of UX, UI and IxD principles in mobile and desktop environments.

Expertise working with Figma or similar.

Ability to work closely with Engineers to define expectations.
-
Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of our work.

An advanced level of English is a must
