Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design (including app and web) for overseas C-end users, from design strategy to design execution
• Conceive ideas with product managers and provide overall solutions with high-quality product experience
• Highly sensitive to changes in product data and user satisfaction, able to flexibly measure the overall user experience of the product, and give suggestions for improvement
• Always pay attention to and analyze overseas popular product design trends, study target user needs, experience demands and aesthetic trends, and quickly optimize existing products accordingly
• Help the team establish a unified design system and component library, and improve the consistency and reusability of the team's design output

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in design related
• Track record with successful product launching and iterating experience, overseas product design experience is preferred
• Excellent aesthetic and visual design capabilities, able to produce high-quality icons and interfaces
• Proficient in UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Have strong graphic and illustration capabilities
• Have experience in motion effect production, master motion effect tools such as After Effect, etc.
• Experience in brand design and operating creative design; experience in 3D design using such as C4D, Unity, etc. is preferred 
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently, able to collaborate based on English product documentation

• 和产品经理一起构思创意，提供具备优质产品体验的整体解决方案
• 对产品数据的变化与用户满意度有极高的敏感度，能灵活度量产品的整体体验水平，提出改进建议
• 时刻关注并分析海外流行产品设计趋势，研究目标用户需求，体验诉求与审美倾向，并迅速优化现有产品
• 帮助团队建立统一的设计系统和组件库，提升团队设计产出的一致性和可复用性

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，设计类相关专业
• 具备成功上线和迭代产品的项目经验，有面向海外产品设计经验者优先
• 过硬的审美和视觉设计能力，能产出高品质的图标和界面
• 精通UI设计工具如Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• 有较强的平面图形和插画能力
• 有动效制作经验，掌握动效工具如After Effect等
• 有品牌和运营创意设计经验者；有3D设计经验如C4D，Unity等加分
• 英语读写能力过关，能基于英文产品文档进行协作
