Aircall product design team is searching for a new team mate in Madrid!
Join us, so we could build a great phone experience together!
Your mission @Aircall
- You will report directly to our head of product design.
- Get ready to own your project and to impact on all the product design steps. From framing with PMs to release through explorations, prototypes, user research, data analysis, detailed specifications and so on…
- You will work autonomously but never alone. Collaboration is key in the design team. We do co-design sessions so we challenge each-other and we raise together Aircall product experience.
- You will work with interdisciplinary teams, like business, success, support and tech teams.
- You will work with a design and product team organized between Spain and France.
About you:
- You have a first experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer.
- You have a success track designing web or mobile applications (iOS/Android)
- Your portfolio reflects strong problem statements and solution definitions.
- You like to dive into a problem, take constraints into account early on and explore various solutions to solve it
- You like to work in a complex user environment.
- You work in close collaboration with your peers.
- You accept opinions of others and understand how to use feedback.
- You can effectively communicate concepts and detailed designs, backing up your ideas with research and clear reasoning.
- You are a good communicator and like to value design team work in the company.
- You are comfortable using Figma.
- You are proficient in English
