As our next Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of our Agreena mission, collaborating closely with a dedicated cross-functional product group. Your ability in gaining deep domain knowledge will be instrumental in how you shape exceptional user experiences and impactful design solutions. Working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, scientists, farmers, and other stakeholders, You will be at the forefront of crafting user-centric designs that inspire profound impact. Your contributions will not only shape the future of our products but also elevate Agreena's impact for farmers and the climate.

How will you make an impact: 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to drive impact for farmers and the climate. Your expertise in understanding our products and users will empower you to craft user-centric designs that resonate deeply. Collaborating closely with diverse teams and stakeholders, you'll contribute to innovative solutions by leveraging research and usability testing to validate and refine your ideas.
Your design decisions will be informed by a keen awareness of user needs (from farmers to financial institutions), ensuring the delivery of effective solutions in our dynamic environment. Your meticulous attention to detail combined with your customer obsession will leave a positive and lasting impression on not only users but colleagues too.

Who we’re looking for: 

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX and or Visual Design.
You should have a strong ability to quickly gain deep domain knowledge and leverage it to inform your designs.
Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma and in creating, implementing, and maintaining design systems is required.
Additionally, you should have strong skills in user research and usability testing. Ideally, you have experience working in innovative, uncharted domains (often referred to as 'blue ocean'), where you've demonstrated your ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to both users and colleagues. 

This role is a hybrid position based out of either our Copenhagen or London office. Ideally, the role will be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Bonus points if:
You've worked in a scientific or fintech product-focused role before. You’ve also experienced the scale-up/state-up growth curve and have worked in a distributed environment. Extra credit for demonstrating your ability to effectively synthesise user needs and business objectives.
