Ads power Reddit's business. The Ads UX team supports that business - along with Redditors and Advertisers - by building scalable and intuitive ads experiences that tap into Reddit’s authentic communities. As a Product Designer on Ads you will own design for the Creative Management pillar of ads.reddit.com.

Your focus will be on helping advertisers discover their unique creative strategy for Reddit, that aligns with Redditors and their communities. You will partner with Research, Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to optimize ad creation and management at scale on Reddit’s Ads Platform. In addition, you will identify new and improved ways to upload and manage media assets and measure the impact of using them.

What you’ll do

Lead design of Reddit’s Ads Manager’s Creative Management tools
Collaborate with product managers and researchers to establish and deliver a UX strategy that significantly improves the user experience for Reddit’s advertisers
Understand the unique needs of a broad range of advertisers and translate those into powerful and easy to use features that will be help them grow their business
Design a holistic experience connecting the Creative Management tools to the Campaign Management experience
Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery; develop and drive the design milestones and roadmap
Deliver user insights across diverse areas of focus that are non-obvious and lead to innovative design solutions
Build consensus across diverse teams through effective exploration and communication and present to design peers and senior executives

Who you might be

3+ years of work experience
An excellent online portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work in complex systems
Experience designing enterprise tools for data-heavy workflows
Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations
Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company
Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product
A role model, mentor, and motivator for other designers that’s excited to be part of a high-performing team empathizing with Reddit users

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
