About the role

We're seeking an expert Senior Designer with experience in SaaS/IT to join us in shaping the future of Privacy and Access Control for small and medium businesses. In this role, you will take ownership of one of the most important Product areas for Dashlane and its customers, directly driving key business metrics through user-centred Design. 

This role can be based at our Paris or Lisbon offices, with flexible/hybrid work arrangements and English as your working language. We offer relocation support.

• Synthesize user insights and drive UX to meet the quarterly goals for your Product area through intentional design decisions 
• Partner with your cross-functional peers to design for cohesive user experience and to push the boundaries of modern UX 
• Guide and inspire for design excellence and produce top-notch work that injects usability and beauty into the product, and delight into the user experience
• Promote an outstanding design practice, champion design craft, and provide mentorship to other team members 

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience in digital product development, including in SaaS / IT 
• A diverse portfolio of work personally designed and shipped, along with examples of work directed and delivered by your team 
• Fluency in English

• You will influence the direction our apps are taking in look and feel and in user experience, and champion the user perspective at every step

• You are an excellent communicator who can work well with various groups and levels of the organization, building relationships with cross-functional team members
• As we continue to push the boundaries of modern UX, we will be looking to you to integrate motion and interaction design into your usability solutions.
• You have experience in user research and a data-oriented mindset 
• You thrive in a high-energy environment with an entrepreneurial ownership mentality. Experience in the online Security industry would be a bonus.
