Reporting to our Lead Product Design Gabriel Ghnassia, you will play a key role in the evolution of our product team by discovering, designing, testing, and delivering top-quality solutions for our users. You will be able to transform highly technical concepts into the most simple experience possible, and take a pedagogical approach internally regarding the path to do it.
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Product Designer.
- Design tools such as Figma or Sketch are no secret for you
- A firm grasp of creating responsive interfaces and well documented design systems.
- There is no design problem you can’t tackle. Your weapons of choice are discovery, personas, 6to1, Crazy8, user journeys, task-flows, sketches, wireframes, user-testing...
- You have experience with different design methodologies such as 4D, design sprint, etc.
- Very good command of English
Preferred qualifications
- Positivity, resilience and empathy best describe your personality. You are able to embrace feedback and keep our users at heart by continuously iterating and improving our products.
- You are proactive and are not afraid of sharing your thoughts and ideas for improvement.
- Experience working on B2B solutions
- Experience working in tech companies
- Experience with front-end working on react components
- French/English (speaking and writing)
- Figma, Principle, ZeroHeight, After effects, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Optimize
Responsibilities
- Product discovery: Collaborate closely with our Product Managers and engineering teams, to engage in user research, gather data from users through a structured approach and present your interpretation.
- Prototyping: Produce low/hi-fidelity prototypes in order to present thoughtful solutions.
- User testing: Organize usability and user testing internally and externally and report results.
- Interaction and visual design: Produce high fidelity designs with a strong attention to detail.
- Handoff: Follow quality with the front-end development of these features, and give input and feedback to the front team.
- Sharing: Reinforce and evangelize the use and knowledge of design best practices with talks and presentations.
- Processes: Be part of every design ritual : stand ups, planning, review, and demos.
- Holistic user experience design: Ensure consistency and continuity in the global experience, by being part of the design system guild by designing, updating, and documenting components in our library.
This position can be either:
- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible
- Fully remote worldwide
