What’s the role?
The User Experience Foundation initiative is foundational to product development at Etsy, enabling teams to build brand-aligned, inclusive, usable products at scale. You’ll manage a product design team responsible for creating the visual and interactive systems that product teams rely upon to build beautiful, usable and accessible user experiences for the millions of Etsy buyers and sellers across the world.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Product Design Director for Enablement and the base salary range will be [172,000.00 - 224,000.00 USD per year]. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States who are either remote, flex, or office-based.
