We're pushing the boundaries of technology to transform the world of sleep and we want your help to pull it off.
We're a highly ambitious, hard-working team that pushes you to produce your best work yet. We focus on how we approach problems, we chase growth, and set ambitious goals. Want your ideas to have an impact and your career to grow? Then Emma is the right place for you.

At Emma, you’ll be part of an empowered product team that develops, operates, and continuously improves its technology products to deliver delightful customer and user experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the product vision: Own the end-to-end strategy for payment processes, promotions, and pricing, ensuring seamless customer journeys across all platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Drive payments optimization: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service provides to identify opportunities for more streamlined payment methods, processes, and operations while aiming to reduce costs.
  • Deliver impactful features: Translate strategy into a roadmap, prioritize features based on business impact, and ensure timely delivery with clear milestones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product design, UI/UX, and software engineering, to ensure alignment on the HOW.
  • Master product discovery: Steer the product discovery process to deeply understand customer and business needs, defining the WHAT and validating hypotheses through data and insights.
  • Leverage data: Use meaningful qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve payment processes, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
  • Foster innovation: Apply Design Thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the payments space.
  • Lead by example: Be the key contact for your product area, aligning stakeholders and ensuring a shared vision across teams.

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven experience: Several years of experience with a strong track record in building user-facing tech products within an agile team, ideally in the tech or payments industry.
  • Payments expertise: Hands-on experience in the payments area, with a strong understanding of payment providers, payment methods, and processes. Experience in optimizing payment operations and reducing costs is highly desirable.
  • Product discovery expertise: Deep understanding of product discovery methodologies, tools, and practices, with experience delivering in a ‘dual-track agile’ model.
  • Design Thinking knowledge: Familiarity with and ability to apply Design Thinking principles effectively.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Expertise in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive impactful decisions.
  • Technical skills: Ability to write technical requirements (e.g., Epics, User Stories), develop business models, and define operational requirements and processes.
  • Outstanding communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative: A keen eye for detail and the ability to inspire and educate others through clear explanations.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in highly dynamic, uncertain, and sometimes volatile environments, embracing agility and change.
  • Analytical and leadership skills: Strong analytical mindset, thought leadership, and excellent people and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Lateral leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong interpersonal connections.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Passion for pushing the product to the next level, focusing on business outcomes rather than outputs or inputs.
  • Language proficiency: Professional-level Business English is required.

What we offer:

  • A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.
  • A career development path tailored to your goals, with access to mentorship, training, and resources that will accelerate your professional growth.
  • The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects as part of a dedicated, international team.
  • A culture of collaboration and innovation, where you’ll have the freedom to implement new ideas, shape processes, and help build the DNA of a maturing company.
  • To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
