About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our amazing Supply Chain Network team. As a key contributor, you'll take the lead in a ground-breaking initiative to completely revamp our distribution network, playing a major role in shaping the future of our operations. 
In this role, you will deep dive into the intricacies of distribution, mastering flow analysis and optimizing scenarios to ensure efficiency. As the architect of Emma's supply chain, your contributions will be major in our growth and delivering a superior customer experience. 

What you'll do:

  • You enable the business team to launch new product and participate to Emma success. 
  • You are responsible for the strategical and tactical set up of our European Logistics Network, with more than 100 partners (warehouses, drop-shipment locations, and carriers).
  • You establish scenarios-based network planning to optimize cost and services. 
  • You monitor the costs and performance, adapt the network if needed and share improvement areas with our shopfloor excellence teams.
  • You orchestrate the yearly steering committee of our partners evaluation. 
  • You are constantly evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the partnerships, supporting the rest of the team to execute tenders. 
  • You plan the future location to be closed, to be open or to be invested in.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration; Supply Chain; Logistics or a related subject. 
  • You have 5 years of working experience in that area. 
  • You have a quick grasp and an analytical mindset. 
  • You have an independent and structured way of working. 
  • You think customer and process oriented. 
  • You are not afraid of taking bold decisions. 
  • You can communicate, are a team player and have very good English skills.
