About the Team

DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.  The Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring DashMart has the products to be the best combination of selection, convenience, quality, and affordability.  Product Operations supports the Supply Chain team and cross functional partners with the systems, processes and tools to enable scalable and efficient sourcing, accurate forecasting and on time delivery of thousands of products worldwide.

About the Role

This role will own the roadmap, launch and ongoing development of our enterprise and internal systems and tools that have a direct impact on fulfillment, profitability and efficiency.  You will work closely with users across our internal supply chain team and cross functional partners (Accounting, Finance, Category Management, DashMart site teams) to define requirements, manage development and launch and continuously improve our supply chain processes and systems.  And, your work will enable our teams to operate with more efficiency and accuracy and have a measurable impact on fulfillment, growth and profitability.

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in product operations or program management across large and complex systems roll outs
  • You have directly led large and complex cross functional initiatives launching internally or 3rd party systems
  • You have 2+ years of team management experience. Building and developing a team is something you are passionate about.
  • Bonus Points: You have experience in retail, grocery, convenience, consumer packaged goods. You have experience in supply chain systems

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $154,800 - $232,200, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
