How you will make an impact:

As we grow and scale our Product Team, we need help taking product development methodology, communications, and processes to the next level. The Senior Product Operations Manager will act as a connective tissue between the Product Team and other departments and will also help us build our internal team operations, from new hire onboarding to operationalizing planning. The mission of the Product Operations role is to scale Product Team: synthesizing feedback from many sources (customers, users, analytics tools), ushering processes to operationalize products, leading product communications, driving goal setting and progress tracking, building process alignment with the rest of the company. This role will include management of our technical writing team. Our technical writing team plays a crucial role in our engagement and adoption. We’d like to see their integration evolve and mature within the product organization.

How you will make a difference:

Own product feedback channels and work with Product Managers to both respond requests and identify trends
Establish product feedback tools, best practices and processes
Help establish product analytics foundation & best practices in partnership with Analytics, Product & Engineering Managers
Help structure and track product betas, engaging directly with customers
Lead cross-departmental roadmap communications & consistent channels for alignment
Create and enrich channels for the Product Team to consistently engage with customers and users
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other departments to ensure product enablement success as well as planning and goal alignment
Partner with operations teams to align the product team’s processes with other departments
Help build product development best practices
Own processes and tracking of roadmap planning & progress
Own internal team operations - from new hire onboarding to planning

Ideally has had 1.5+ years of experience working directly with our customers

Has a proven record of a structured approach to solving complex problems

For candidates in Tier 1 cities, the base salary range for this position is $156,000 to $234,000.
For candidates in Tier 2 cities, the base salary range for this position is $137,500 to $206,500.
For candidates in Tier 3 cities, the base salary range for this position is $126,500 to $189,500.

Within the range, individual pay is determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. While we use our full salary ranges, we only consider offering a salary near the top of the range in situations where the candidate far exceeds the experience level and skills required for the role.

Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
