Who you are

We’re seeking a pragmatic and organised Senior Technical Product Manager to ensure our backend-oriented technical enablement teams tick. You will lay out the technical foundations for our product capability teams in a way that means they are always one step ahead of the product roadmap needs, ensuring dependencies are met, and understood, ultimately leading to frictionless delivery of the product roadmap. 

What you’ll do

The role requires the PM to work across multiple internal teams to own/ensure;

  • Alignment with Product Roadmap:

    • Collaborate with multiple, cross-functional Product teams to make sure we are laying the right technical foundations in order to deliver on future product value.

    • Ensure technical dependencies are identified, clearly mapped to the Product roadmap and aligned with business objectives and priorities.

    • Regularly review and update the technical enablement roadmap in sync with the Product roadmap.

  • Technical Work Specification and Planning:

    • Lead definition and specification activities with the enablement teams to support the product roadmap.

    • Estimate, prioritize, and plan technical work in collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders.

  • Roadmap Maintenance and Delivery Planning:

    • Maintain a detailed technical enablement roadmap.

    • Create comprehensive delivery plans that outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Adherence to Technical Standards:

    • Ensure all technical work aligns with doxy.me’s technical standards and best practices.

    • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve the team’s ways of working.

    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Progress Tracking and Reporting:

    • Track and report on the progress of technical enablement initiatives.

    • Ensure transparent communication of status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.

  • Risk Management:

    • Identify, assess, and manage risks related to technical enablement activities.

    • Develop mitigation plans to address potential risks proactively.

  • Governance and Reporting:

    • Work closely with the Agile PMO Lead to implement robust governance and reporting structures.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a tech-driven environment

  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and technical enablement processes.

  • You don't have to know how to code but deep expertise in APIs, Platform, Infrastructure and/or Cloud technology will be key to understanding the complexity of our mission

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with telemedicine or healthcare technology is a plus.
