Senior Growth Product Manager

We need you!

We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager, to join our Product team and lead one of our squads within a trio of counterparts i.e. Design and EM.

You will:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Conduct user research and data analysis. Specifically, develop a deep understanding of the market and the competitive landscape, conduct user research, launch different experiments and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition and retention, and to drive revenue growth.
• Fully own the self-service experience of our product, define the strategy ensuring it's aligned with the company goals and with Marketing and Customer Experience.
• Focus on the needs and behaviours of users, and constantly look for ways to improve the user experience to drive and nurture growth.
• Establish a long-term vision and prioritized roadmap.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that solutions address the long-term needs of the business.
• Define key business goals, KPIs, and success metrics to help track and make future improvements.
• Deliver great products flawlessly, while raising the bar on quality, functionality, and usability.

You must have:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions and measure the success of growth initiatives.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex issues and develop clear approaches to solving them, with a high level of user empathy and understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with various levels of stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual members.
• Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing and coaching different levels of product managers.
• Strong organizational and dependency management skills, ensuring that projects are completed in an appropriate and timely manner.
