Jira Service Management (JSM) and OpsGenie are Atlassian’s fastest growing products that empower Dev, IT Ops, and business teams to collaborate at high-velocity, so they can respond to changes and deliver great customer and employee experiences!

As a Product leader in JSM and OpsGenie you will guide a team of passionate Product Managers and partner deeply with your peers in Engineering and Design, to execute on the team’s mission above. As part of the Product leadership team, you will be responsible for the performance of the product and setting long-term strategy while helping execution against a bold roadmap. Your work will directly impact tens of thousands of customers, and millions of users!

On your first day, we'll expect you have:

12+ years of experience leading product management,
Experience leading multiple streams of work with multiple teams and roadmaps
Ability to inspire your teams to build better products with a constant dedication to understanding, question, and improve the experiences for our users
You love obsessing over your customers and working directly with design and engineering to ship delightful products
Love of people leadership, with significant experience leading and growing future product leaders
Ability to communicate directly and clearly, with a strong emphasis on careful listening
Ability to prioritize among opportunities, balance the needs of our customers with those of the business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
Experience partnering with marketing to deliver products that are aligned with messaging and go-to-market
Ability to drive vision and strategy, while sweating the details

It's great, but not required if you have:

BE/BS/BA with an emphasis in technology, IT or operations; Masters or MBA preferred

Experience with ITSM , IT Operations products, DevOps and Cloud Services

Experience with building out infrastructure at scale, including AWS, Docker, Azure

Experience working on enterprise-focused areas (B2B)
