What you'll do:

  • As an ERP Product Manager, reporting to the ERP Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap for our ERP system. This role is pivotal in maintaining a cohesive product vision, working cross-functionally with engineering, Finance and Operations to ensure that any changes are effectively assessed, prioritized, and delivered in a way that maximizes business value and minimizes risk.

  • Your responsibilities include:
  • Own the ERP roadmap: define and execute the product vision across the ERP domain, contributing to a cohesive product vision.
  • You will play an important part in the implementation of our ERP Target State.
  • You will be the prime counterpart for internal and external stakeholders for your product.
  • You will drive the product discovery process in collaboration with engineering, ERP functional, and the Finance and Operations teams.
  • You will contribute to strategy and translate it into feature implementation.
  • You will collaborate with engineering and functional teams in the delivery process focusing on delivering value timely and in a predictable fashion.
  • You will apply business and technical foresight and agility by adapting the roadmap based on feedback gathered and company priorities.
  • You will own and develop artifacts of product discovery (e.g. value proposition canvas, product vision board, user story maps, …) and transform them into valuable input for the user stories jointly worked upon in the product’s backlog.
  • You will continuously improve your product through insights derived from meaningful data acquired.

Who we are Looking for:

  • Deep understanding of Financial and Operations processes in the scope of ERP products (previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Proven ability to map, document, and optimize complex business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report).
  • Deep understanding and experience in product discovery methodology, instruments, and practices and closely coupled delivery in a ‘dual track agile’ model.
  • Ability to write requirements (i.e. PRDs, Epics and User Stories), develop business models, and define operational requirements and processes.
  • Proven ability to prioritize features and initiatives in alignment with business goals, balancing impact, urgency, and resource constraints.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to convert complex processes into universally understandable ideas.
  • Ability to work in situations with high level of uncertainty; you adapt to our highly agile, sometimes volatile, environment and embrace change.
  • Analytical mindset, strong thought leadership, excellent people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lateral leader with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Professional Business English is a must.
  • Focus on business outcomes rather than output or input.

What we offer:

  • A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.
  • The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.
  • Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.
  • To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
