What You'll Do
In this role, you'll serve as the product marketing lead for the Real World Evidence Business Unit, the largest business line for Flatiron. You will be tasked with go to market plan development, sales enablement and brand awareness strategy in addition to strategizing with business leadership on levers to shape the market and grow the business. In addition, you’ll also:
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define the strategy for launching new products and services to our market, including purpose, positioning, and target market
- Develop compelling product messaging, value proposition and storyline that differentiates Flatiron solutions from competitor offerings; contribute to thought leadership efforts
- Manage competitive intelligence and market research for the RWE BU to ensure data-driven decision making
- Liaise between the RWE BU and the broader marketing organization to leverage additional resources to achieve commercial success (e.g., conferences/ events, web presence, digital demand generation, design & brand)
- Partner with product leadership to Work closely and cross-functionally with Product Management, and Life Sciences teams to drive value for our customers and assess product-market fit of new products and features.

Who You Are
You're a marketing expert with 10+ years of professional experience and a deep understanding of the real world evidence oncology landscape. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact. In addition:
- You are an exceptional storyteller and communicator, with the ability to turn complex data science, statistics, technology and clinical concepts into clear communications
- You and your team have created impactful content in areas of interest to your customers, showcasing the thought leadership and innovation that makes customers choose your company as their partner
- You have a deep understanding of demand generation and sales enablement tactics and processes
- You have practical experience applying a pragmatic marketing framework
- You have a clear understanding of a product marketing framework and the interactions of product marketers with their various cross functional counterparts
- You are flexible, have a start-up mindset, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- You have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to independently drive cross-functional initiatives
- You are exceptionally organized and reliable, and you inspire and motivate high quality delivery, collaboration and performance from those around you
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You are proactive, self-motivated and self-directed, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and data-driven
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing or a scientific discipline
Extra credit
- You have experience across multiple marketing disciplines (content, digital, field marketing, in addition to product marketing)
- You have experience with and are well versed in a wide array of evidence generation strategies (e.g., real-world evidence, prospective registries, interventional clinical trials)
- You have a Pragmatic Marketing certification
- You have an advanced degree (MS, PhD, MPH, MBA)
