The Role:
As the Head of Design at DailyPay, you will lead and inspire our design team to create solutions that revolutionize how money moves. You will be a part of the leadership team and work cross-functionally to understand our user needs, business goals, and translate them into effective designs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our products are not only visually appealing but also easy to use, and you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform, including our mobile app, mobile and desktop sites. Your work will span use cases in enterprise, consumer, mobile and more. As Head of Design, you will be responsible for managing the team and partnering with leadership, product leadership and managers, engineers, marketers and other key stakeholders to help ensure that the design of products not only delight users but also move the business and key metrics

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Provide vision and direction to a team of talented UX/UI designers
- Manage the design team and support their careers
- Drive the design strategy and execution for our mobile app, mobile website, and desktop website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all
- Champion a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and attention to detail
- Continually elevate and innovate our product design processes
- Partner with product and engineering to define and deliver new features, translate concepts into living, breathing prototypes, and iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver the perfect experience
What You Bring to The Team:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in UX/UI Design
- A proven track record of leading a successful design team
- Strong portfolio showcasing the depth and breadth of your design capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with consumer and mobile app experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
