Senior Design and Product Operations Manager

Our team is in search of a Senior DesignOps Manager to help us operationalize workflows, hiring, alignment between teams and more all in support of creating centralized services to help foster high-functioning teams.

About the team:

You will work in partnership with design and product leadership to continuously improve how teams not only get work done but have fun while doing it. You will help foster an environment that champions one of our top principles, Inclusive Collaboration. 

What you'll do:

• Define and develop tools that increase teams efficiency, creativity, and connection.
• Create infrastructure and workflows that support product and design teams to do their best work, together.
• Help onboard new colleagues to the EPDI organization
• Support the team and the business with an improved governance model. 
• Develop cultural connection points whether it be a Hack Week, and All Hands or most recently how we show each other some love for Valentine’s Day
• Contribute to the positive culture of joy, collaboration, laughter and fun at InVision. We know happy teams are what leads to our business success.
• Understand, promote and iterate on processes that develop high-impact and innovative experiences defining the future of work for Fortune 500 organizations
• Drive innovation and elevate the product experience by supporting org wide connections across a multiple zones
• Work closely with designers, product managers, engineering, marketing and leadership in a highly collaborative environment
• Give and solicit feedback from design and product teams in order to continually raise our bar for quality
• Learn from a diverse international team. Find mentors and get support on your professional growth 

What you'll bring:

• 3-5 Years of experience in an operations or producer role
• Ability to listen, observe and propose solutions to problems across the product development process
• Initiative to identify problems and act on opportunities to improve processes, culture and understanding
• A can-do attitude. Consistently imagining the possibilities and relying on your design and product leaders to sponsor your ideas for bettering the organization as a whole
• A servant leader mindset. You do what needs to be done for the benefit of the entire team
• Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong collaboration skills across disciplines to drive change
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently
