Senior Data Product Manager

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with the CTO and senior data scientists to define innovative data products that ensure Stint remains at the cutting edge of intelligent hospitality management.
• Prioritise work that delivers customer value while supporting Stint’s vision and long-term product direction.
• Manage the delivery of the roadmap for our data products, taking innovative data products from an initial idea to putting them in the hands of our users.
• Once users have our new data products, refine and evolve the product based on user feedback and usage-based insights.   
• Promote collaboration between our software engineering and data teams to ensure problems are being solved end-to-end for our users.
• Work closely with our platform engineers and data engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and performant data infrastructure.
• Deeply understand user needs by leading workshops with customers and internal teams to gather qualitative feedback whilst exploring product usage data to gather quantitative insights.

• You have a foundational understanding of statistics and machine learning.
• You have a foundational understanding of software development and data engineering fundamentals.
• You’re comfortable with data analysis and enjoy exploring datasets to generate insights.
