About the team + role
As part of Customer Experience (CX) team you will be developing and driving operational programs and help scale the CX team operations efficiently, while consistently advocating to improve the experience of Robinhood customers. As a Sr. Content Writer, you will lead a number of initiatives focused on delivering a world class customer experience at scale. Areas of focus will include:
- Product Launch & Operational Readiness
- CX Agent Enablement (Tools & Knowledge Base)
- Policy & SOP Development & Maintenance
- Help Center Content Development
- Engineering & Product deployment support
The ideal candidate will be absolutely customer focused and have a bias towards action, ownership, and decision making based on data and success measures. You will need to be able to prioritize and implement effectively in a hyper growth environment while influencing business partners by communicating clearly and persuasively. You will drive operational excellence within the programs you own, while effectively partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal and other cross-functional partners to deploy scalable solutions.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain operational SOPs, Policies, and knowledge base articles
- Preparation of and management for all of the Knowledge Articles for new and exploratory products and functions.
- Partnering with internal SMEs and business partners to provide information in a clear, correct, and consistent manner.
- Providing appropriate insight and context as a Robinhood Knowledge Managment expert.
- Continuously improve our RH writing standards and internal practices through process improvement and leadership coaching.
- Prioritizes, assign and collaborate on KM work within designated scope of internal or external content.
- Mentor and coach Content Writers in their development as consultants, and writers.
What you bring
- Digital savviness and a command of CX tools & processes with a track record of measurable development in a customer focused career
- Strong customer orientation and passion for delivering high quality standards
- Strong ability to analyze existing content for gaps and improvement opportunities then develop and implement strategies to drive clear business impact
- Strong communication and influencing skills, experience working with global virtual cross-functional and external partners
- Experience in a regulated financial services industry highly desired

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
